Accounts, tokens, gas, and DeFi

Ethereum Altcoin Folio

Build an Ethereum portfolio that knows the difference between a wallet interface, an account, a token contract, an application position, and a bridge movement.

Chain plus address plus contract

Identify every account by chain ID and address, then identify every token by chain and contract. Symbols can collide, change, or be copied by spam assets. A verified registry keeps display names, decimals, standards, and pricing relationships separate from the source identifier.

Group accounts by owner and recovery dependency. The same address string can exist on Ethereum and compatible layer-two networks with separate balances, so each network remains its own ledger.

Gas is part of portfolio performance

Record gas for successful and failed transactions. A swap should show asset out, asset in, network fee, and any identifiable protocol fee. Keep a network-specific ETH reserve indicator for active accounts so operational readiness is visible without triggering automatic transfers.

Expand DeFi without double counting

Represent supplied assets, debt, collateral, receipt tokens, liquidity positions, rewards, and valuation time. Show gross assets and liabilities before net value. When an application adapter expands a receipt token into underlying assets, choose one representation for the total and keep the other as evidence.

Bridge movements link source and destination transactions. During delays, show in-transit value or a visible reconciliation warning. Preserve the route and token representation so dependency risk is not lost.
